CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- If cancellation occurs before 30 days in advance, receive a full refund minus a $50 USD administrative fee.
- If cancelation occurs within 30 to 15 days in advance, receive a 50% refund.
- If cancellation occurs within 15 days in advance, no refund is possible.
PHOTOGRAPH, CONTENT & VIDEO RELEASE AGREEMENT
I understand all sessions will be video recorded by Satsangam LLC. Sessions or segments may be shared with the public in the future for educational or promotion purposes. Satsangam LLC will not sell or share participants' personal contact information with any individuals or other organizations.
By registering for this Retreat, I hereby grant permission to the rights of my image, likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video or my written comments from 'Chat' or 'Comment' sections during this Satsangam LLC program, without payment or any other consideration. I understand my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed for the purpose of education or promotion, and I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording.
By registering for this Retreat, I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public educational setting. There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.
By registering for this Retreat, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational or promotional purposes.
AGREEMENT OF RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I understand that this Satsangam LLC program may include lecture, discussion, yoga and movement sections. It is my responsibility to inform the instructor of any physical limitations that could be aggravated by exercise (i.e. back, neck, shoulder or knee problems) before class begins.
As is the case with any physical activity, yoga and movement include a risk of injury, even serious or disabling. This risk is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation. Yoga and movement is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. By registering, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such a yoga and movement program. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my registration verifies that I have my physician's approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and movement, and participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Satsangam LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and instructors.
INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Satsangam LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, representatives, successors, independent contractors, and assigns from all direct and third party claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damages, lawsuits, expenses, fees, including attorneys’ fees, costs, and judgments that may be asserted against Satsangam LLC, by any third parties that result from the errors, negligence, acts, and/or omissions of the Client and/or the Company.
I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability. I am agreeing voluntarily and recognize that my registration serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in the State of Vermont, where Satsangam LLC is a registered company.
